Tim has been coaching the game of hockey and the art of shooting for 35+ years, and 20 of those years have been spent working at the NHL level.
During our conversation we talk about how he got into coaching, who got him started in the shooting business and why its important as a coach to never stop learning, keep an open mind and be yourself.
